Tree of Change was hired by Code Tenderloin to co-write a strategic plan with a new mission, vision, values, branches of work, and short and long-term outcomes. The purpose was to guide the organization as it transitioned from a fiscally-sponsored project to its own 501(c)3. It concluded with a formal presentation by Code Tenderloin staff to stakeholders.
