OUR RESOURCES

Photo by Don Bowden from AAACC's Season of Black Art Symposium, produced by SFBATCO & TREE OF CHANGE.

They are rooted in five decades of combined study, practice, and inquiry into peer-based praxis that cultivate pluralistic understandings and collective meaning making towards our liberation from systems of shame, punishment, and oppression. Their origins are ones that further practices, ideas, and labor of Black / Indigenous / immigrant / trans / queer / non-binary / disabled / poor organizers, educators, activists, workers, and comrades, some of whom we have included in a Bibliography below.
